If this is your first time logging in please refer to the "Welcome to the Rackspace® Partner Program" email from channelmarketing@rackspace.co.uk to retrieve your user name and temporary password. Your user name is your email address plus “.raxprm”, i.e.joe.racker@rackspace.com.raxprm.
